Slow and Steady Functional Strength
In this at-home fitnessprogram we're slowing it down a bit and focus more on the strength part of the exercises. Making sure that we squat a little deeper or contract our muscles a little longer and use our full range of motion. 1 full minute of each movement will ensure that your muscles will be engaged and worked thoroughly.
