30 Second HIIT
This fitness program for small spaces picks up the pace with 30 seconds of each exercise. It is a continuous 10 minute program where we transition directly from one exercise to the next. The program is designed so the big muscle groups are alternating working and resting. A fast paced session filled with high intensity functional movements to get your heart pumping!
